So I’ve talked about this several times on the forums before, but I figured I’d get this out on the guides section so that more people can see it other than those who lurk the deepest parts of the forum.

那麼我其實已經在論壇上說了好多次啦,不過我還是覺得把這個搞出來,發到教程區來,這樣才能讓更多人稍微受益。

 

THE PROCESS:

 

1.) Instead of using a normal (fantastic/imagined/fictional) wonderland imagine yourself exactly in the same space that you’re forcing. You’re just in your mindscape seeing what you would be if you opened your real eyes.

1.)比起用那種自己想像出來的幻境,直接用心眼來看當前你所在的地方會更好。你只需要想像你在睜開眼睛時候會看到的景象就好啦。

 

2.) Focus on having your tulpa(s) near you, such as chairs that you’ve set out, or (my favorite, due to me often forcing before sleeping) lay down and have your tulpas lie down next to you.

2.)集中精神來感覺你的tulpa就在你的身邊,比如說你擺出來的一張椅子,或者(我的最愛,因為我經常在睡覺之前冥想)躺下之後讓你的tulpa躺在你的身邊。

 

3.) Force as you would normally, but try and instead make it so that you just have conversation for an hour or so sitting/lying next to each other. By being this close in proximity to your tulpas, but at the same time having some physically defined space between you, the presence of your tulpa(s) will become more obvious over time.

3.)和你往常一樣去冥想,不過你還得試著去進行一個小時左右的對話或者乾脆一起干坐著或者躺著。這樣近距離和你的tulpa接觸的同時還得保持一定的物理上的空間,如此一來,你的tulpa出現的時候,你會更加清楚地感覺到它的存在。

 

4.) After doing this for an hour or so, open your eyes.

(Alternatively: Do this step every few minutes to re-stabilize your mental space of the real world, and make sure that your tulpas have room to be in.)

5.) Check where your tulpa’s would be. Even if (Actually, ESPECIALLY if) you don’t see them, you should imagine them there imposed on your vision as if they were still in that mindscape version of your surroundings, but simply with your real eyes open.

{You’re trying to trick your real senses anyway, don’t let not actually seeing them after an hour of talking to them right next to you get to you.}

5.)看看你的tulpa會在哪裡。甚至在(或者特別是在)你看不見它們的時候,你就得想像一下它們在你的周圍,就好像在心眼裡看到的一樣,只不過是你的眼睛睜開的時候看不大清楚而已。

(無論如何,你得想方設法地「欺騙」你對現實的感受,不要讓那種對話一個小時之後卻無法在身邊看到它們的想法害了你。)

 

6.) Repeat for various forcing sessions until you feel like you have a good sense of your tulpa’s presence. This should also make “hearing” their thoughts easier, as well as increase overall awareness.

6.)這樣重複多幾次冥想的步驟直到你對他們存在的感覺變得超清晰的時候為止。這也會讓你更加容易地「聽見」它們的想法,也能全面提升你的隔周感知能力。

 

The idea is simple: You’re consciously going to blur the line between your thoughts and your reality. By overlaying your mindscape onto your real senses your thoughts become prevalent in your cognition.

思路很簡單:你要故意去模糊你的想法跟現實的交界線。將你的內心世界覆蓋到現實感知上,你感覺到這些東西的能力會慢慢變得在你的現實生活中普遍起來。

 

This gives you an idea of “spatial thinking”, where your tulpas thoughts can come from your side, or in front of you, instead of just appearing from the center of your head or wherever you think. It’s a nice approach to kill parrot-noia, and also give you a better idea of “where” your tulpas are. This helps in sensing their presence, and pre-vocality tulpas could benefit greatly from this. It’s also a fun way to force for calmer sessions.

這裡基本上是給你一種「空間感知」的思路,讓你的tulpa的「想法」就像是從你的旁邊,你的前面傳來一樣,而不是直接從你的腦子裡冒出來一樣。這是一種用來幹掉無聊的學舌的思路,也是能讓你更加清楚地感到你的tulpa到底在「哪裡」的方法。這可以幫助你更好地感覺到你的tulpa的存在,也能讓你能更早聽到它們說話。也可以算是一種更加有趣的冥想方式吧?
